Level 3 FBO students have  learned salad dressing or sauce for salad are usually added to salads,for a variety of reasons. These include to: add Flavour ,add colour,bind(join) the ingredients together and aid digestion. Here they made vinaigrette which is  the mixing of oil with salt and pepper. It  also called a french dressing. Apart from dressing they made also coleslaw salad and Rice as compound salad. Additionally they made curry Rice as companiment of Beef carbonade.
